About ROI

I think it's really very important to use ROI.it's a pity to find that 84% companies don't use ROI.
I know it's useful to use ROI to measure return on investment. Because we should know how many people are satisfied with our products,how many not.what's more it's really important to small company.if they want to enlarge their business,they should learn more about their customers' feeling .that do not mean to big company or even international company,it has nothing to do with it.big company have to learn about the different countries,different culture really want ,so that they can make more profit.
It will be helpful for company to know how many people like it,which place ,when....and then company will make the right decision.what's more,use the tools to analyse to data is very quickly to see what do u want.
Take apple company as an example.

I use Google to tract apple company,but the time is limited,i don't have much data about it.
I found that 52,791 people like app,211,037 likes apple:),1,777,564 apple inc..............even there many different organisation on Facebook,but still many people join it and say they like it.
so i think it's really very cool to see this.
especially,when u use some tools to see it
